I recently attended the Social Media Marketing 2010 conference in London on 18th June (search for #smmuk10 on Twitter). Jam packed with case studies, presentations and debates the event was well worth a day out of the office.

The presentation that really stood out for me was from Sookio. Despite technical dificulties Sue Keogh delivered a clear and compelling presentation about the importance of words you can use to make your tweets reach further. Check it out it below….
