Webyogi Client Agreement
This document confirms the nature of services to be performed by Webyogi as a Digital Marketing Consultant.
TERMS : Upon receipt of a proposal/agreement, Webyogi will begin work as stated in the proposal. Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty days written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, compensation will be payable to the end of the current month.
DUTIES : Webyogi will: Provide proposals and marketing collateral upon request, manage an ongoing SEO/Social media service for client projects. Webyogi will: Guarantee to deliver all work resulting from marketing support proposals & provide all new work requests or changes to existing work requests in writing.
PAYMENT : Our payment terms are upon completion and are to be paid by the end of each month of project activity. Payments not received by the 7th of the following month may result in project suspension. We reserve the right to charge expenses if travel is required.
